Indika PEABOTUWAGE

Indika PEABOTUWAGE is a field biologist from Sri Lanka. He has gained experience in Wildlife Conservation and Management from the Open University of Sri Lanka (one year certificate course) and knowledge of Paleo-biodiversity from the Post Graduate Institute of Archeology, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He has substantial working experience in identifying the flora and fauna of Sri Lanka and in botanical illustration and wildlife paintings.  He has visited China several times since 2010, working on research projects first at XTBG, and now at Guangxi University.

HE Ruchuan

HE Ruchuan began to work in our group as a Master student in September 2015. After graduating in June 2018, he became a research associate in our lab. His interests are in behavioral ecology and evolution. Under the guidance of Craig Barnett and Eben Goodale, HE Ruchuan completed his master thesis on Batesian mimicry, determining how differences in mimicry-to-model frequency in prey influence predation by wild birds.
